Rental Agreement

Rental Information

Application Fees

Rental applications can be picked up at the office, emailed, submitted through the website, or faxed. There is a $15.00 non-refundable application fee per applicant (for roommates – only one application necessary if married) Each occupant must apply separately and co-signers must fill out a separate application as well.

Key Checkout.

There is a $10.00 refundable key deposit for any rental keys checked out. Prospective tenants will need to leave their name and phone numbers. Prior arrangements must be made for key checkout to view properties after hours or on weekends.

Deposits

Security Deposit is in addition to your first month’s rent. The amount of the deposit will be listed on our current rental property listing. IF pets are allowed, there will be a non-refundable pet deposit which varies by owner. Ask property manager for details.

Move In Rent

If you move into a property before the end of a month, rent will be prorated based on the number of days in the month. Rent will begin on the day you pick up the keys. Rent and deposit are due and payable in full prior to move in.

When is rent due?

Rent is due and payable each month from the 1st thru the 5th each month.

What are the late charges?

Any rent received after the 5th will be assessed a $25.00 late fee and if not paid In full by the 10th day of the month, another $ 25.00 late fee will be due.

Where do I make payments, and what are the acceptable payment forms?

Rent (check or money order – not cash) may be left in the mail box on site. The date the rent is received is the date that it will be counted unless the 5th falls on a Saturday or Sunday. If the 5th is during the weekend, rent received on the 6th, before 5:00, will not be assessed a late fee.
